All items require pre-approval through our consignment application process. Submit the "Consign With Us" form along with clear photographs of each item for review. You can easily upload photos directly from your device or select images from your gallery when filling out the form.
We're happy to assist you via phone, email, or social media. For those who have started the consignment process by completing our form, please continue all communications through email so we can keep a clear record of your submission and move forward efficiently.
You will receive an email response within 48-72 hours after submitting items for consignment.
All sales are final upon purchase. We offer a courtesy hold policy that allows you to reserve items until noon the following business day, giving you time to consider your purchase or take measurements as needed.
Product details are provided with each listing, including pricing, dimensions, brand information when available, and additional item specifications.
We do not offer local pickup services. Showroom staff can provide assistance only for items weighing 15 lbs or less. Arranging transportation for consigned or purchased items is the responsibility of the consignor or buyer.
Upon approval for consignment, you will receive a designated drop-off time. Purchased items must be collected within 5 business days of purchase. If you do not arrange third-party moving services, please bring additional help for loading and unloading assistance.
